Most "In Stock" orders ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. The time of transit depends on the shipping method you select during checkout and your location.  All our orders, with the exception of Silk Bedding, ship from Brooklyn, New York. 

The rates shown for shipping are actual rates charged by UPS and the USPS for your order. We do not charge any markup to the shipping rates set by these carriers.

Some locations may be subject to shipping surcharges (set by the carrier) due to various factors, such as Residential Address, Rural/Remote Location, etc. The USPS does not assess any such surcharges, so you may be better off selecting them for your Shipping Method.


Returning an Order

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Simply follow these easy instructions to make the process of a returning an item go smoothly:

  1. Item must be new & in good selling condition.
  2. Replace item in original packaging.
  3. Remember to enclose packing slip together with product being returned. If packing slip is not available, indicate your order number (which was in the confirmation email) on a sheet of paper, or print the confirmation email and send along with the return.
  4. Please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip.
  5. Ship return to the address listed below
  6. Allow 10 business days from when you ship your return for the credit to be applied.

Please note: Refunds will be granted for the price of the actual item (minus any discounts).  Regretfully we cannot refund the shipping cost.
