How to Return an Item to

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your order. Certain items may have specific return instructions, so be sure to check that product's return policy on it's particular page. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted after 30 days. Simply follow these easy instructions to make the process of a returning an item go smoothly:

  • Item must be new & resaleable condition.
  • Replace item in original packaging.
  • Remember to enclose packing slip together with product being returned. If packing slip is not available, indicate your order number (which was in the confirmation email) on a sheet of paper, or print the confirmation email and send along with the return.
  • Please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip.
  • Ship return to the address listed below
  • Allow 10 business days from when you ship your return for the credit to be applied.
  • Ensure that it is within 30 days of placing your order.

Please note: Refunds will be granted for the purchase price of the item (minus any discounts).  Regretfully we cannot refund the shipping cost.
