I never had satin before so when I first received the pillowcases, i thought they were a little stiff. But once it's on the pillow, it felt quite nice. Maybe I was thinking of silk that's why I thought they were a little stiff. I odered royal and jaguar. The royal is not a bright blue like in the picture but it's still a nice color and the jaguar is definitely not the color you see in the picture. If you watch the video they have next to the pictures, it shows the colors more accurately. Oh and the sizes do run big.

I made a very small purchase of 2 different satin pillow cases from somewhere else. They only had 3 colors. I used their cases to determine if I wanted to order more from Shopbedding.com. It was a great purchase. The other cases were okay, but your cases were better because the feel was different, the hidden zipper was better concealed, the cases were somewhat larger which accommodated my special shaped pillows, and you offered a variety of colors which matched much better with my bed linen. To add to that, I do see my hair styles remaining in tact better and NO sleep wrinkles which I would have on the side of my face if I continued to use my linen which came with my linen sets. I am truly happy with my multi color purchase.

The way the cases are sewn, especially where the zipper is installed is not the best. I still love sleeping on them anyway as I do my other satin cases. I like the way these fit on my pillow as they aren't as long as the open-end ones are. The color selection is awesome.

I've searched for satin pillow cases for some time. It's hard to find quality satin cases, good selection of colors and at a great price.

This item is all that. I wanted blue and yellow pillow cases. ShopBedding sent me swatches. Baby blue is light aqua. I chose jewel blue and yellow. I'm very pleased with my choices because I was able to choose colors BEFORE I made my purchase. This service makes happier customers and cuts down on cost of returns/exchanges.

Size of these cases are generous. Has sturdy zippers that are covered, hair won't get caught. Satin feels good to skin. Did you know sleeping on satin pillow cases is good for preventing wrinkles? Of course you do, that's one of the reasons you're ordering these.

Cold wash on gentle cycle, add small amount of fabric softner and dry on low setting. Cases will turn out perfect each time.

I love the satin pillow cases. they really prevent my hair from getting tangled while I sleep...My hair is much easier to comb in the morning. as for my wrinkle face,don't see any difference. I purchase the wrong size anyway. next time I will order the standard size instead of the queen. They are also easy to wash. I just put them in my washer (cold) on hand wash cycle. and hang them out to dry. Feels great against my skin.

I started using satin pillow cases when my girl friend was in beauty school and she turned my very dark brown hair platinum blonde! After months of coloring; my hair started to break right where my head was on my pillow! I switched to satin pillow cases & thank god my hair stopped breaking & falling out! I switched ALL my pillows to satin cases and I'm a major pillow lover, 12 on our California king bed, my oldest daughter has tons of satin pillows also. Then the baby came; and she would only fall asleep on mommys pillows, I bought her every silky satin blanket I could find, but no had to be mommys pillows! I finally sewed up 1 on my pillow cases and gave it to her, she calls it her silky. Now at 18 months she grabs my pillow off my bed to take to her crib, still too young for a pillow case I had to remove from her crib after she fell to sleep. Then I came across these WONDERFUL satin pillow cases with a hidden zipper, absolutely so perfect for her! Would have thought was Christmas when I gave her, her very own pink "silky" pillow! She & I love them, so extremely safe & secure. Now mommy gets to keep her own pillows & both my kids are sleeping safely on their own silky pillows, plus at this price I can afford to do the guest rooms with satin cases too! Our little 5 year old granddaughter apparently spins on her head while she sleeps, because her hair has the most awful snarls in it every morning when she wakes up...so bad that she cries and cries when her mom or I try to brush her hair. I had a vague memory of hearing that a satin pillowcase could prevent snarls. So we tried putting a baby blanket with a satin lining on top of her pillow one night, and it worked like a charm...no snarls in the morning at all! After searching the web for a good quality satin pillowcase with a hidden zipper (so it won't come off the pillow as she spins in her sleep), I found Shop Bedding's satin pillow cases, and ordered two in her favorite colors. I've been searching for a satin pillowcase that had a zipper since the ones I had were the open ended type that tends to slip off the pillows. These work great, they stay on and since the zipper is covered with a flap they are perfectly comfortable. The satin is good quality and keeps my long curly hair from getting frizzy. Please note that these need to be washed separately on your washer's delicate setting and hung to dry, no dryer. They air dry very quickly. They are worth the extra care and wash beautifully. I got extra the last time I ordered so my daughter could have some too.

Best Quality Satin Pillowcase I've Ever Bought!

I received my 2 sets of king size satin pillow cases this week and I couldn't be more pleased! I did a lot of research on satin pillow cases before deciding on these, even down to, do I buy the one with the zipper or the open ended one. I am so happy with my decision, the quality of the satin and thickness of it, is much better than one I already own and what I expected. They were even kind enough to send me 4 samples of colors, as I didn't know which would match my own sheets better. The one I settled on is a perfect color, camel. It looks so rich on my bed and needless to say is so comfortable to sleep on. I settled on the zippered one, was concerned that it would be big enough, but their is plenty of room for my gusset pillow. The pillow cases came very quickly and packaged nice. If I had only one complaint, it would be the cost of shipping. I feel it's a little high, as they sure don't weigh that much. That won't stop me from purchasing again, the quality and service from this company is "to good!"

My mom is in a nursing home and wanted a satin pillowcase. I had never ordered from here and I am always leary of ordering from new places, but this sight had the best selection of styles, sizes and most of all - colors. I ordered six different colors (had a hard time deciding what colors to get!). I took them to the nursing home and my mother absolutely loved them - we decided to give one of her friends that lives there the royal blue one and the another friend that also lives there, the red one (her favorite color). These make wonderful, inexpensive gifts if you have several people that are hard to shop for.
These wash up like a dream and are so soft. The colors didn't fade or bleed at all and they didn't wrinkle when I took them out of the dryer (they stayed in there for about an hour after the dryer shut off). I love the zipper feature - it's an invaluable one since the pillows are always being moved and tossed around.
The quality is very good, the prices were reasonable, ordering was a breeze, delivery was fast and merchandise arrived in excellent condition.
I am so glad I found this site and plan to order from them again.

For the price, they are what's expected. I would like softer, creamier natural satin(made from a weave of silk) as I only remember it being. But then I would have to pay for true silk woven satin; not this man made polyester woven stuff.

I have bought many of these in many different colors for the beds in my house and as gifts. I love love love them. They mix and match beautifully with other bedding and I cannot say enough good about them. They are beautiful.

color is off

I ordered the 21" drop, king size in "ivory". What I received is a yellowish, tannish color - not the soft off-white ivory one usually expects and is depicted on-line. Have to send this one back. Otherwise, however - - - it is a nice bedskirt for the money. The one I ordered, and kept, was 3 times the cost - - - but of course, 3 times the quality plus the on-the-mark color I needed.

The Queen size case arrived in two days and is perfect. I am very happy with the color and quality of the fabric and the construction. It is top-notch and cost considerably less than at local department stores. It also washes beautifully. I highly recommend.

I purchased two pillow cases with hidden zippers in white. I love them. They feel so good on my face. Noticed that I had no markes on my face from sleeping too long on one side as I normally get. I didn't think they would feel so nice as they did, as I am a cotton lover. Felt like I was not even sleeping on a pillow. I will order more to stock up!

I ordered two satin pillow cases. I washed them both before using them and they washed and pressed very nicely. However, one of them had gathers where the zipper was and would not lie flat. the gathers were on the back side and did not affect the use the product. I like these cases because I no longer wake up with wrinkles pressed into my face from the cotton cases I had been using. The only problem I have with them is that they are made in China! I will not buy any more.

I was impressed when i received my pillow cases , they are exactly like they appeared in the picture displayed on the site , same color exactly , same shine , same quality of fabric that appears on the picture on the site. The size is perfect queen means queen not smaller or bigger. The shippement was satifactory the items arrived in a good shape , in protective plastic bag, and then in a carton box, i received my items ironed and in a brand new shape ! i'm glad I chose this item coz my only fear was that i receive something different than what appeared in the picture on the site. This pillowcase is awesome - I truly love it. It is great for your hair and skin and feels so silky smooth. I actually sleep better because of it. My husband doesn't care for it and went back to a regular 500 thread count Pima cotton pillowcase. All I know is it feels great and works for me and the price you just can't beat.

I Luv These Satin (zippered) Pillowcases! I mean what's not to like? I was kind of leary about ordering Satin at first, for one reason that is.. "Makeup" Sometimes i take a nap in the afternoon, and i also have a bad habit of forgetting to take my makeup off at night and i always had makeup on my cotton pillowcases And i was affraid that these would also become stained and look awful too. I was soooo surprised! Makeup does not come off onto these satin cases!! Not even the white! It's also true that satin is great for your hair. Also i have memory pillows that i keep at the end of the bed in ea. bedroom and i buy these zippered cases to match the bedding (or the room color) The price is Awsome at this price ive been able to buy several different colors, they dont wrinkel, very well made, they are not as delicate as you might think,your color selection is awsome too.
