How do I know if a product I see on your site is in stock?

We try to keep our site as current as possible, so you can shop with confidence that items you're interested in on our site are available. Any item that is out of stock will be clearly indicated as such, and will be marked with an estimated date of availability. Sometimes, we experience heavier than expected demand and an item becomes unavailable before we are able to mark it as such. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you. If you are concerned about availability on a specific item, call us at 800-338-6266 (please have your item number handy) or email us. When sending an email inquiry, be sure to include the item number, description, and the quantity you'd like to purchase.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

For phone, mail, fax or Internet orders, we are required to collect sales tax in the following states:

Doesn't the Internet Tax Freedom Act say that I don't have to pay sales tax when shopping online?

The Internet Tax Freedom Act prevents states from imposing any new taxes on Internet transactions. Since we conduct business in NY State, the laws require us to collect sales tax under its pre-existing sales tax laws.

How do I complete a purchase online?

When you're ready to complete your purchase, you can proceed to the shipping and billing information pages by clicking on "Checkout" while in your shopping cart or by clicking on "Checkout" icon at the top of any page on our site. The shipping choices will be shown after you enter or choose your shipping address, and total order amount will be posted when you reach the final checkout page.

Enter your credit card information and your billing address, be sure to check your information carefully, and then click on "Checkout" to complete your purchase. You'll receive your order number on the confirmation page; be sure to write this number down for future reference in the event you have a question about your order. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will also receive an order confirmation via email.

How can I determine the Shipping Fees?

After you enter the shipping address, you will be taken to the shipping options page which displays a list of all the available shipping methods (Express, 2 Day, Ground, USPS) and their ACTUAL cost. See our Shipping Policy page for more information.

Is shopping online at secure?

In a word, yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure our site's security. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. When your credit card information is transmitted to, we use industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to ensure the security of your information. Can I order online without a credit card?

We can only accept online orders placed with a credit card.

We understand that not everyone is comfortable ordering online with a credit card, but rest assured that we take great pains to create a secure environment for our Web shoppers! You can confidently use your credit card to place your order with us online. Read below for details.

Can I phone, fax, email or mail in my order?

No matter how you like to shop, placing your order with is easy! Although we use a secure server to protect your personal information, we understand that not every customer is comfortable using a credit card online. You can also order by phone or you can mail or fax your order to us. See below for more details on how to order:

Call us at 718-643-8005. Professional Sales Representatives are available Monday – Friday from 9-5 ET. For easiest ordering, add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart so everything you'd like to purchase is organized when you make the call!

Order by fax:

Fax your order anytime to 1-718-643-8008. Please remember to include all items, pricing and shipping information on your order form. Also include daytime and evening telephone numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order (we will not use your phone number for any other purpose).


Please do not submit your order or any personal information, especially credit card information, via email. Email is not secure and your data can be exposed or intercepted rather easily. For this reason we do not accept orders via email .

Order by mail:

If you prefer to order by mail, simply enclose a list of items and their quantity, include the appropriate shipping and handling fee, and send it to us at the address below. What are cookies? What do they do?
