I hope it turns out OK
I ordered a Queen size 14" drop bedskirt but was sent a Twin XL even though the invoice said Queen size and that's what I paid for. After two weeks of trying to contact customer service via email and phone I did finally speak to a real person who said my initial problem had been sent to the shipping department. What they failed to tell anyone was that they were out of the Queen size 14" drop. As I have company coming this week and this is for the spare bed I said to send the 18" drop and I'll make do. I can't imagine ordering from ShopBedding again if this is how they handle customer complaints. I will send back the Twin XL as soon as I get the Queen size but I hope they don't expect me to pay for postage.

Didn't work for me and lost money on my refund
Unfortunately the bed skirt did not work for my decor. The material was nice and the color was as expected but it didn't fit my existing pieces. What was disappointing was paying $42.00 on my PayPal account for my order and only receiving $33.95 back in refund. I will be cautious about ordering anything else from this website because I don't want to be out any money if I need to return something.
